  • For people over 18 who want to join community activities but need extra support to participate safely and confidently.

  • We support people across the Hunter and Western regions, including Newcastle, Moree, Tamworth, and Dubbo. Contact us if you’re unsure about your area.

  • Supports can include a variety of interactive sessions ranging from social groups and skill-building workshops to community participation, including transport and on-the-day assistance.

    Each activity is designed to encourage interaction, build confidence, and create opportunities for participants to engage with others in a way that aligns with their goals. Support is always provided in a way that respects individual needs, while still allowing people to be part of a shared experience.
