For people over 18 who want to join community activities but need extra support to participate safely and confidently.

We support people across the Hunter and Western regions, including Newcastle, Moree, Tamworth, and Dubbo. Contact us if you’re unsure about your area.

Supports can include a variety of interactive sessions ranging from social groups and skill-building workshops to community participation, including transport and on-the-day assistance.
Each activity is designed to encourage interaction, build confidence, and create opportunities for participants to engage with others in a way that aligns with their goals. Support is always provided in a way that respects individual needs, while still allowing people to be part of a shared experience.
