Quality Assurance Lead

Hi, I’m James, I am the Quality Assurance Lead at Koiop Connect. I’m passionate about helping people and working together to achieve the best outcomes for our participants. I value an inclusive approach in my work, collaborating closely with leadership, support teams, participants, and their families. I’m always looking for ways to continuouslyimprove our systems and ensure the Koiop Connect experience is the best it can be for participants, staff, and all stakeholders.

Qualifications & Certifications

Working in various roles in the NDIS sector with Koiop Connect since 2020, including Support Coordination, Disability Services Coordinator, Support Work.
20 years of experience in aged care, including 7 years leading a team specialising in dementia care supporting residents and their families.
Certificate IV in Community Care Services

Things I Enjoy

· Playing the drums and going to see live music, my favourite genre is 90’s rock

· Spending weekends with my partner and son

· Cars, especially Holden Commodores

· Looking after my home, I take pride in keeping my lawn in top condition

Something people might not know about me is when I was a teenager, I played the tuba in a brass and marching band and competed in various competitions both locally and interstate. This played a big role in shaping my lifelong passion for music.
