I oversee the organisation's financial operations while also leading systems, process improvement and operational initiatives that help keep everything running efficiently behind the scenes. From payroll, billing and reporting through to business systems, compliance, workflow optimisation and strategic projects, I enjoy finding practical solutions that improve the way we work. I'm passionate about building streamlined processes, supporting our teams and creating efficiencies that allow Koiop Connect to continue delivering high-quality services and sustainable growth.
