My approach to work is centred on compassion, collaboration, and consistency - building strong relationships with participants, families, and support teams to ensure high-quality, person-centred care.

Being part of a supportive, values-driven organisation where everyone works together to make a positive difference is incredibly rewarding. I especially enjoy the sense of teamwork, shared purpose, and the opportunity to help create outcomes that truly matter for the people we support.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and spending quality time with the people and things that matter most to me. Whether it’s exploring nature, relaxing with loved ones, or being part of a great community, I value connection, balance, and making the most of every moment.

Something people might not know about me is that I play a variety of musical instruments. Music has always been a big creative outlet for me and something I genuinely enjoy in my downtime. I love the way music brings people together, relaxes the mind, and creates connection.
