Managing Director

As the Managing Director of Koiop Connect, I lead our organisation’s workforce strategies and leadership development to ensure staff are supported, accountable and aligned with our values-led approach. I oversee people management, compliance and organisational development across all service areas. My role focuses on building a strong, collaborative workplace that empowers employees to deliver quality support to our Participants and Community.

I love that I am of service to my People - our Participants, my Teams and our Communities.

I enjoy collaborating with our teams and working through solutions that stay true to the core of what we do at Koiop Connect. I’m passionate about building strong, supportive teams where people feel heard, valued and accountable. For me, the best outcomes come from working together, staying connected to our purpose and always keeping our Participants and Community at the centre of our decisions.

Outside of work, a new hobby I’ve found is making puzzles. Its become a really good stress release and a way for me to slow down.
